Salary: £13.45/hour

Job Description
As our next Front Office Team Member, you…
- Are the ‘face of Ibis Edinburgh South Bridge, extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
- Ensure a wonderful guest experience.
- Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
- Handling all calls promptly and professionally.
- Document accurately all internal and guest messages.
- Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
- Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.

Qualifications
- Prior experience working with OPERA cloud will be valued.
- Fluency in English
- Customer Service
