Front End Developer - React
Typescript, JavaScript, React, React Hooks, ChartJS, NextJS, RestAPI, CI/CD, WebAPI’s, Python, AWS, AI/ML, D3JS, Data Visualisation
- Location: London – Onsite – 5 days a week
- Salary: Perm £100,000 basic plus bonus and benefits
Harrington Starr has partnered up with a Hedge Fund who are looking to hire a Front End Developer to come and join a Front Office Development Team where you will be working on a Portfolio Management Application Suite. We are looking to hire a Front End Developer with JavaScript React with WebAPI and working on a Greenfield Project.
This is a high profile role for this Hedge Fund and you will be responsible for a rebuild of next generation of base into the React and JavaScript with some AI/ML. The applications are bespoke and have all been built inhouse so you role will be to look at how to architecture, redesign and redevelop alongside an existing development team. You will be working very closely with stakeholders and other business groups so excellent verbal and written communication skills will be needed for this role.

The role is an onsite role and office based in Victoria, London.
Required Experience:
- Extensive experience Front End React, Vue JS Frameworks
- In-depth development of API’s and RestAPI’s
- Expert Development using JavaScript ES6, ES7
- Experience building analytical/data-oriented UIs
- Experience with ES6/ES7
- Cloud-based tech with AWS
- Experience in working with D3JS
- Experience from a Big tech company working with Data UI’s
- Must have a BSc in Computer Science or STEM related
