Frontend Developer
About the role
In this role, you will contribute end-to-end, working across our client application built in React as well as our monolithic backend developed in Python, while ensuring the safe and reliable release of features to our customers.
You will take full ownership of projects that may span several months, requiring you to break down complex problems into smaller, iterative steps that can be delivered and validated progressively.
You will collaborate directly with the Product Manager assigned to your project, contributing ideas and focusing on the commercial problem being solved, while also helping shape the overall product direction.
You will be responsible for evaluating your own work by leveraging our data pipelines and existing frameworks to measure the impact of your features on business objectives, adjusting direction when needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
