About The Role

We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are at the beginning of their development careers or have a few years of experience and are eager to enhance their skills in a supportive and modern environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business analysts, and other developers, to create engaging, responsive, and high-performing marketing websites that drive lead generation and support business objectives. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Work on innovative projects,

  • Develop your technical expertise in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on TypeScript and React. A solid understanding of the following is essential:

  • Web development principles, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization
  • CI/CD pipelines, continuous deployment, and integration processes (highly desirable)
  • Agile methodologies and comfort working in fast-paced iterative environments
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain marketing websites to support lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Investigate complex technical problems, analyze requirements, and articulate clear plans for implementation.
  • Deliver solutions confidently, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Implement testing methodologies such as TDD, BDD, and end-to-end (E2E) testing when appropriate.
  • Proactively suggest system improvements, new tools, or innovative ways of working to enhance team productivity.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and stakeholders to recommend and agree on technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and continuous learning initiatives to stay updated with industry best practices.
