About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Developer to join our dynamic team at Spliit LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software applications that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to create seamless and efficient digital solutions. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and version control systems like Git.
- Experience with web development frameworks and technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications according to project specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software systems, ensuring stability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices.
- Document technical specifications and user manuals for developed applications.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance skills and project outcomes.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
