About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Developer to join our talented team at Spliit LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver innovative features and ensure seamless functionality. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating impactful digital products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize the latest technologies, and contribute to the growth of our company in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is essential. Experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js or Django, is highly desirable. Strong understanding of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases, is necessary. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and within a team, and a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications that align with project requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define technical specifications and deliver innovative solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, ensure best practices, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Maintain and improve existing software systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
- Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, user guides, and project reports.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes and product offerings.
- Support the deployment process and provide ongoing technical support for deployed applications.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations throughout the development lifecycle.
