About Us

At Xelix, we work with some of the world’s largest companies to automate and strengthen their financial controls. Our AI solutions redefine how Accounts Payable teams operate – moving from manual processes to automated, intelligent workflows.

Xelix is a fast-paced scale-up – things move fast and expectations are high. We raised our Series B with Insight Partners in June 2025 and are expanding aggressively. We have a team 150 talented people pulling together to achieve our goals. Everyone is trusted to take ownership, move fast and have a meaningful impact. We prioritise personal and professional growth, keep things fun, and love to celebrate a milestone together.

In this role you’ll grow, be challenged and help shape the future of Xelix. If you’re excited about building something special with us, we’d love to hear from you.

About The Role

We’re looking for a React Developer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will implement user interface components using React concepts and workflows such as Redux and RTK Query. You will also ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.

Our developers take pride in their work – producing clean, tested, beautiful code. Rather than give you a detailed set of requirements, we encourage engineers to take responsibility for solving the problem. There are many opportunities to innovate as you collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new features.

You will be well supported to continue your professional development. This includes an annual conference allowance, access to the O’Reilly library and a monthly session with your manager to identify and track your development goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborating with designers and other developers to build websites from specifications produced in Figma.
  • Creating visually appealing experiences using CSS3 for frontend applications.
  • Implementing robust and scalable solutions.
  • Developing, using and designing REST APIs and web-socket solutions to efficiently deliver application components.
  • Performing testing and quality assurance activities on different browsers and devices to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
  • Implementing performance improvement strategies, testing, and measuring application performance
  • Mentoring other team members, sharing knowledge and experience, and helping improve our team's abilities in the process.
  • Ensuring the quality of code by writing comprehensive tests and participating in code reviews.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

If you're a recruiting agency - we have an existing list of agencies we work with and we are not currently planning on expanding the list. Neither the Talent team nor hiring managers or the Support team will respond to cold outreach.

This is a full-time position, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

We welcome the responsible use of AI for research and interview preparation, but ask that it isn't used to generate answers during live interviews. We also believe in being transparent - we use Metaview's AI note-taker during interviews so our interviewers can stay fully present. If you'd prefer us not to use it, just let your interviewer know. While you may need to answer eligibility questions as part of your application, we do not use AI to review or make decisions on applications - every application is reviewed fairly by a member of our Talent team.
