About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer to join our client's ambitious team based in South Manchester. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of digital finance innovation, directly influencing the company's technology strategy and product development. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to craft modern, responsive web applications that enhance the lending experience for businesses and consumers alike. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in frontend development, with proven experience in building scalable and responsive applications. Essential qualifications include hands-on experience with React, Supabase, and deployment via Vercel. A solid understanding of API integration, SQL databases, and testing frameworks such as Playwright is required. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems. Prior experience within fintech, lending, or financial services sectors will be advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using React, ensuring optimal user experience across devices.
- Deploy applications efficiently utilizing Vercel, maintaining high standards of performance and reliability.
- Build scalable backend solutions with Supabase, including authentication, databases, storage, and other backend services.
- Integrate internal and third-party APIs seamlessly to enhance application functionality.
- Develop automated testing scripts using Playwright to ensure robustness and quality of applications.
- Support backend services and automation processes using Python, contributing to overall system efficiency.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to manage and retrieve data effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions aligned with business goals.
- Explore and implement AI-powered features, including integrations with Large Language Models (LLMs) and intelligent automation tools, to enhance product capabilities.
