Job Title: Frontend React Developer - FS Industry
Location: Manchester - 4 days per week onsite
Salary/Rate: £550/600 per day inside IR35
Start Date: 10/08/2026
Job Type: Contract - 6 months with possibility of extension
Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading financial services clients! They are currently looking for a skilled React Developer to join their team for a six-month contract.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
This role will be for a frontend software engineer who is experienced in their field. The individual will be working within a single team assisting with the creation of new frontend products for their customers. It is expected for the individual to be able to upskill individuals with the knowledge required around creating leading frontend applications.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React Framework, HTML & CSS
- DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control)
- Component-Based architecture
- Leadership experience
- Agile (TDD and Pair Programming)
Skills Preferred:
- Networking (Subnets, Firewall, Load balancing, VPN configurations)
- Security and identity management
- Monitoring and logging
- Problem-Solving and debugging
- Financial services or high regulated environment experience
