The company emphasizes internal promotion, offering substantial opportunities for career advancement and personal development. Their commitment to quality, innovation, and employee empowerment makes them an attractive employer for talented developers seeking impactful roles in a collaborative setting.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Developer to join our client’s team, focusing on both web and mobile platforms. This is a fully remote, UK-based position offering a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £75,000, commensurate with experience. As a senior individual contributor, you will have a genuine influence over the front-end architecture, standards, and the adoption of AI tooling within the organization. Your role will span across two core front-end platforms: a multi-app web monorepo built on modern frameworks and a cross-platform mobile client developed using React Native. You will be responsible for delivering complex features end-to-end, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, and shaping technical strategies to enhance product quality and performance. The position offers broad scope, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a modern, well-invested tech stack, including App Router, React Native, and Nx monorepo tools.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development with recent, hands-on experience in production environments. Essential qualifications include proficiency in React and TypeScript, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code. Experience shipping and maintaining React Native applications, especially using Expo/EAS workflows, is required. Familiarity with native development environments such as Xcode or Gradle is highly desirable. Candidates should have practical experience with state management tools like TanStack Query and lightweight stores such as Zustand. Knowledge of styling and component composition using Tailwind CSS, as well as experience implementing OIDC authentication and push notifications via FCM or APNs, is essential. Desirable skills include experience with Nx or similar monorepo tools, headless CMS platforms like Contentful, and familiarity with MCP servers or custom agent development. The role is ideal for professionals based in Belfast with occasional travel to London, who are passionate about front-end innovation and technical excellence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
