About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A professional qualification such as CFA or CPA is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles, preferably within the fintech or banking industry. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively present findings and collaborate with team members. A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop financial models to forecast future performance and support strategic planning initiatives.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, sales, and operations, to gather relevant data and insights.
- Support audit and compliance activities by ensuring accurate financial documentation and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to enhance financial analysis processes.
