About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Iopa Solutions. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in software development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with web development frameworks, cloud platforms, and database management systems
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and version control tools like Git
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proactive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for learning new technologies
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software applications based on client requirements and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the functionality, security, and performance of software products.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate new technologies to improve development processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies and team practices.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and documentation to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to understand project scope, progress, and deliverables.
