Frontend JavaScript Developer (UI/UX Focus)
A Bit About Us
We are a high-growth construction technology company developing integrated hardware and software systems that automate key processes on infrastructure construction sites. Our products are helping modernise the construction industry through digitalisation, automation and intelligent data collection.
Our technology improves road construction quality, extends asset life, enhances health and safety, and helps reduce costs in an industry where efficiency matters.
Why We're Hiring
As we continue to grow across the UK, Ireland and the USA, we are expanding our R&D team to develop the next generation of integrated software and hardware solutions.
We're looking for an experienced Frontend JavaScript Developer with a passion for creating intuitive, polished user experiences. While strong technical skills are essential, we're particularly interested in someone who enjoys designing clean, modern interfaces and understands how thoughtful UI and UX can make complex software simple to use.
You'll work within a small, collaborative team building web and mobile applications, combining frontend development with product design input. The role offers a mix of office and remote working.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
