Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with strong UX Design expertise to design and build intuitive, scalable, and user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in React development and a deep understanding of user experience principles, wireframing, prototyping, accessibility, and responsive design.
The candidate will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to transform business requirements into engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
React Development
- Develop modern, responsive web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries.
- Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or equivalent frameworks.
- Integrate REST APIs and backend services.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployment activities.

UX Design
- Create user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research and usability analysis.
- Design intuitive experiences aligned with business goals.
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate design concepts and improve user satisfaction.

Collaboration
- Work closely with product teams to translate requirements into user-friendly solutions.
- Partner with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimation activities.
