About The Role
What if your deep expertise in TypeScript could directly influence how AI writes code for millions of developers around the world? We're looking for experienced Frontend TypeScript Engineers based in London and across the UK to review, evaluate, and guide AI-generated code — helping cutting-edge AI models understand what truly type-safe, scalable, and modern web development looks like.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You'll work alongside leading AI research teams, applying your real-world frontend knowledge to tasks that have a lasting impact on how AI understands and produces TypeScript code.
Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated TypeScript code for strict type safety, accurate interface design, and correct generic usage
- Develop complex, type-safe frontend components that demonstrate best practices in modern web architecture
- Provide detailed technical commentary on architectural decisions and type-driven development strategies
- Identify and flag ambiguities or errors in AI responses related to complex type definitions and asynchronous frontend patterns
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, including static typing, generics, interfaces, and utility types
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with modern frontend or full-stack frameworks such as React, Angular, Next.js, Nuxt.js, or Node.js
- Strong written and verbal communicator who can clearly articulate technical reasoning
- Naturally detail-oriented with a high standard for code quality and correctness
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field preferred
