Fruit & Veg Team Leader
Team Leader – Fruit & Veg (Morrisons)

** About the Role**
As Fruit & Veg Team Leader, you’ll:
- Maintain high standards through:
- Careful stock handling, date checking, quality/condition assessments, and rotation/storage processes to minimise waste
- oversight of single stem fruit, garden centre, and plants & flowers departments
- Lead a customer-focused team by:
- Promoting a culture where colleagues deliver friendly, helpful, and outstanding service while keeping customers at the forefront
- Actively encouraging team contributions through coaching and idea-sharing
- Build a thriving department where:
- Colleagues feel supported, recognised, and motivated through promotions and rewards for performance
- Processes are continuously improved via data-driven analysis to:
- Save time
- Cut waste
- Identify and address risks and solutions
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal obligations
- Strengthen operational efficiency through reporting and vulnerability
