Your Responsibilities
As an FSCA Coordinator, your role will be based at our UK HQ in Southend-on-Sea and you will work closely with the Senior Manager of Quality Systems, Commercial Quality & Patient Safety. You will have exposure to field corrective actions, and you will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders across the region. Along with data management, as a coordinator you will also have the opportunity to learn how field corrective actions are managed and have visibility of our communication with the relevant competent authorities.
Organisational Responsibilities
- Implement and work to all applicable regulatory and quality requirements as stipulated within the KeyMed Quality Manual, Quality Policy, and Quality Objectives.
- Implement and work to all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental requirements as stipulated within the HSE Manual, HSE Policies, and HSE Objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and databases relating to Field Safety Corrective Actions (FSCAs).
- Support the preparation and distribution of Field Safety Notices (FSNs) and related communications.
- Assist with tracking customer acknowledgements and corrective action responses.
- Update spreadsheets and databases to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
- Produce routine reports on FSCA activities and response rates.
- Support the monitoring of shipping holds and assist with maintaining tracking logs.
- Escalate overdue actions or data discrepancies to the Senior Manager where required.
- Carry out other administrative or coordination duties to support the Quality team.

Your Qualification
- GCSE (or equivalent) English and Mathematics (essential).
- Previous administration, coordination or customer service experience desirable.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in a regulated environment is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to take initiative.
- Comfortable using Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and data management systems is essential.
