PURPOSE STATEMENT
To support with the administration required to maintain FSQA activities to deliver the safety, quality, and compliance of food products.
Key Accountabilities/Outcomes
Export Administration Prepare all documentation required to facilitate the export of Rich’s products. Assist in the development of optimised process for the preparation of export documentation. Supplier and product approval and monitoring: Assist with the supplier and product approval and monitoring process in conjunction with the Senior Supplier Technologist in order to ensure all records are kept up to date on TraceGains and other technical portals. Reporting Support the FSQA Manager Plant in the preparation of routine quality KPI reporting Complaints Management Support FSQA Manager – Customer in the logging of complaints, and in the preparation of routine customer and internal reports Office Administration: Review and refine the paper and digital filing systems used to store technical documentation and optimise and implement. Ensure technical filing system is maintained to ensure all documentation is readily accessible by FSQA team. Support in Purchase Order prepararation, and approval and query resolution Quality Assurance Support: Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures

Critical
Experience in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office packages Solutions orientated mindset with the ability to work at pace and cope with ambiguity Strong planning and organisation skills and Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues promptly. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), BRC standards, and HACCP principles
Desirable
Experience: Previous experience in a technical role within food or beverage manufacturing and / or food export administration Education: A background in food science, microbiology, or a related field is beneficial
