Project Manager - Enterprise Services
Sysco is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Enterprise Services team (HR, Finance and Legal) on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in delivering technology initiatives that support business objectives and strategic priorities across Europe.
Role Overview
Working within a matrix organisation, you will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of complex technology projects
- Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations
- Work closely with business stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leadership, to understand requirements, define project scope and ensure solutions align with business goals
- Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will be responsible for maintaining engagement, managing expectations and driving consensus throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and execute effective communication plans, ensuring project progress, risks and key decisions are clearly communicated

Requirements
- Strong understanding of business processes and business change, with the ability to translate operational requirements into effective technology solutions
- Experienced in managing risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, resources and timelines
- Proven project management and project delivery experience within fast-paced IT or business transformation environments
- Experience working with multiple 3rd party system integrators and external suppliers
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

Working Conditions
We are offering a hybrid working contract where you will be required to attend the office in Ashford, Kent or Hemel Hempstead 3 times per week, so you must be comfortable and flexible with travel and commuting for project and team meetings.
