Assistant Company Secretary – FTSE100 PLC (Hybrid Role)
This prestigious FTSE100 company is now recruiting for a full-time, permanent Assistant Company Secretary.
About the Role
This is a broad and dynamic role within a plc, focusing on a range of critical responsibilities:
- Governance & Compliance
- Board & Executive Committee support
- Shareholder relations
- Insurance management (on-the-job training provided)
While insurance experience is not mandatory, the role expects the successful candidate to have a keen appetite for acquiring new skills through hands-on training.
