Exceptionally Long Fixed Term Contract
MUST BE ABLE TO START BY END SEPTEMBER
This FTSE100 group is a global leader in the consumer goods sector with an enviable portfolio of household name brands. It employs in excess of 100,000 people across 50+ countries.
As part of large in-house tax team, this is an exciting opportunity to join a commercially focused organisation where tax plays a key role in supporting a complex and truly global business.
Duties will include:
- Preparation of UK corporation tax returns for the UK entities
- Assistance in dealing with all aspects of HMRC corporation tax enquiries
- Assistance with R&D claims, capital allowance claims, CFC calculations, corporate interest restriction and transfer pricing support
- Assistance in the implementation of technology in the tax compliance process
- Compiling tax disclosures and supporting workings for UK accounts
- Group tax reporting support at year-end process
- Preparation of the tax disclosures for the group consolidated accounts
- Interim tax reporting (e
- Budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Advisory support to the businesses in relation to tax queries
- Assisting with Pillar 2 compliance project and country-by-country reporting
- Provide tax advice for M&A projects

About you:

- Available on one month's notice or less
- ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent
- Minimum of five years UK corporate tax experience including computations
- Strong command of tax technology and process improvement/automation
- UK trained in Big 4 or Top 10 firm
