Job Title: Fuel Tanker Driver
Highland Fuels Ltd are seeking to recruit a fuel tanker driver based in the Central Belt on a 40-hour flexible contract. A flexible variable shift pattern will be used in this role.
About The Role
The role requires you to deliver fuels to a number of locations across the country. This will include domestic, commercial, garage forecourts, etc.
- Excellent pay rates – overtime at time and a half over 40 hours per week
- Good working conditions
- Full tanker training provided to those with a general haulage background, which includes Smiths, CPC, ADR, PDP, Speed Awareness, and operational training on the equipment.
- The role is 40 hours per week minimum
About You
You will be an experienced haulage driver who has:
- An LGV category C and E Licence (Class 1 & 2) Preferable
- ADR Certificate for flammable liquids (Preferable)
- A flexible approach to their working hours as we deliver all over Scotland.
- Good customer service experience.

About Us
Highland Fuels have been supplying fuel to homes and businesses around Scotland since 1957. With 11 depots across the country, we provide home heating oil and fuel for the agricultural, commercial, and marine sectors. In addition, we operate 15 retail forecourts from Orkney to Ayrshire. Alongside our comprehensive range of fuels, including HVO, we provide AdBlue, lubricants, tanks and telemetry, fuel cards, and EV chargers.
