The Role

We are looking for brilliant Fulfilment Assistants to join our Unit team in an inviting and friendly Warehouse situated in Barcombe, East Sussex.

Reporting to (and supported by) one of our Fulfilment Supervisors you will form an integral part of the hardworking team, fulfilling orders for our growing customer base. This is a supporting role that would suit a strongly organised person who thrives working in fast paced environments, has impeccable attention to detail and a real passion for exceeding customer expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Picking and packing customer orders to despatch daily
  • Supporting our Fulfilment Manager in all aspects of fulfilment
  • Liaising with couriers as needed
  • Suggesting and supporting operational efficiencies
  • Carrying out quality checks on all products
  • Working as part of a growing team

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:

  • Experience with working in fulfilment or similar
  • Ability to work fast and with exceptional efficiency
