About the Role
As a Fulfilment Officer at Guide Dogs, you’ll provide an income processing service for fundraising campaigns. You’ll be an expert at reviewing and processing transactions received at Head Office. Our Fulfilment Officer's play a huge part in ensuring everything we do enables us to deliver on our purpose and exceed expectations.
You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, typically between 9am and 5pm. This role is an office based role working from our Reading Hub.
Key Responsibilities
- To actively review and process all transactions received at Head Office and query any anomalies which may arise, including correct donor, campaign, product and cost centre information.
- Review all campaign paperwork and allocate income to the correct campaign and donor on the fundraising database.
- Adhere to the current Service Level Agreements.
- Process and reconcile credit card donations including PDQ.
- Capture and fulfil payments queries.

You
You’ll have a proactive approach to managing fundraising transactions. You’ll enjoy working in a collaborative and innovative environment with a dedicated focus on promoting professional best practice. You’ll act with integrity and honesty in everything you do.
Skills and Competencies
- Experience in a data processing environment with high volumes and working to SLA’s.
- Microsoft software including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Gift Aid and Data Protection.
- Good organisational skills and a professional approach to customer service.
- Excellent administrative skills.
