In Summary...
Our Fulfilment Operatives are responsible for ensuring all goods are correctly picked and labelled to what the customer has ordered and dispatched on time everyday while ensuring high quality standards.
Our team is reliable and adaptable in their approach to the work they carry out, and stay focused on making sure things are done right the first time.
What does the role involve?
- Manual handling for the stacking of labelled products in magnums or on pallets ready for dispatch.
- The picking & packing of bespoke customer orders to a set standard and efficiency.
- Quality checking of products to ensure the high standards required are always achieved.
- Labelling of finished goods ready for shipment, manually and through semi-automated lines.
- Using our order IT software to correctly print labels, pick & pack boxes and process returns.
- Keeping the Health & Safety of yourself and others at the forefront of everything you do.

You will need/be...
- No previous packaging or production experience is required, just a positive, collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- To demonstrate great attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- You will enjoy working as part of a team, contributing to the achievement of targets and deadlines.
- To be able to work in a warehouse environment, in a quick and efficient way with minimal supervision. All tasks involve standing.
- Sufficient English language skills to understand Health & Safety instructions and communicate effectively with team members

The smol print
This role is based on site at our warehouse in Marden, the shift pattern is Monday to Friday, from 7am to 5pm (45 hours per week) with 1 hour of unpaid breaks during each full shift.
Applicants must have current work authorisation in the UK.
