Job Title: Fulfilment Process Analyst

Location: Cambridge or London, hybrid Employment Type: full-time


About the Role

The Fulfilment Process Analyst is responsible for supporting continuous improvement, governance, and operational excellence across the end-to-end fulfilment processes. The role ensures process efficiency, high-quality execution, consistent documentation, and effective stakeholder engagement to support smooth business-as-usual (BAU) operations and strategic transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement Execution
  • BAU Change Requests (CRs)
    • Managing and executing change requests
  • Change Management
    • Leading and implementing process changes
  • Process Documentation Update
    • Maintaining and updating process documentation
  • Engagement with the Training Team
    • Collaborating on training materials and process rollout

Essential Requirements

  • Analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with change management, process governance, or continuous improvement programs (advantageous)
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities

Desired Skills

  • Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
  • Experience working with Salesforce development teams
  • Strong understanding of fulfilment, order-to invoice, or operational process management within an enterprise software business
