Job Title: Fulfilment Process Analyst
Location: Cambridge or London, hybrid Employment Type: full-time
About the Role
The Fulfilment Process Analyst is responsible for supporting continuous improvement, governance, and operational excellence across the end-to-end fulfilment processes. The role ensures process efficiency, high-quality execution, consistent documentation, and effective stakeholder engagement to support smooth business-as-usual (BAU) operations and strategic transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement Execution
- BAU Change Requests (CRs)
- Managing and executing change requests
- Change Management
- Leading and implementing process changes
- Process Documentation Update
- Maintaining and updating process documentation
- Engagement with the Training Team
- Collaborating on training materials and process rollout
Essential Requirements
- Analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with change management, process governance, or continuous improvement programs (advantageous)
- Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
Desired Skills
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
- Experience working with Salesforce development teams
- Strong understanding of fulfilment, order-to invoice, or operational process management within an enterprise software business
