About the Role

The Fulfilment Process Analyst is responsible for supporting continuous improvement, governance, and operational excellence across the end-to-end fulfilment processes. The role ensures process efficiency, high-quality execution, consistent documentation, and effective stakeholder engagement to support business-as-usual (BAU) operations and strategic transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement

    • Execution of process improvements to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Identification and resolution of process gaps through structured methodologies.
  • BAU & Change Requests (CRs)

    • Handling and monitoring change requests to maintain operational continuity.
    • Assisting with streamlining change management processes.
  • Process Documentation Updates

    • Maintenance and refinement of process documentation to reflect current standards.
    • Supporting Knowledge Management initiatives through clear, up-to-date records.
  • Engagement with Training Teams

    • Collaborating with the Training Team on roll-outs and process training.
    • Ensuring consistent training delivery for operational compliance.

Essential Requirements

  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with change management, process governance, or continuous improvement programs (advantageous).
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce development teams.
  • Strong understanding of fulfilment, order-to-cash, or operational process management in a software-based enterprise.
  • Licensed or ISO-certified in related process governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, process mining, etc.).
