About the Role
We’re looking for passionate, people-focused individuals to lead our teams as Shift Leaders. Your role will be vital in ensuring outstanding service, maintaining a fantastic environment, and driving operational excellence every day.
Availability Window
You can be available for shifts on these days and within these time windows (with 3 weeks’ notice of scheduled shifts):
- Sunday: 14:00 – 23:00
- Wednesday: 14:00 – 23:00
- Friday: 07:00 – 14:00
- Saturday: 07:00 – 16:00
Close matches are welcome—partial alignment may still be considered.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll take ownership of your store’s daily performance by:

- Balancing priorities with energy and drive to exceed expectations.
