THE ROLE
As a key member of our Fulfilment Supervisor team, you will report directly to the Unit Manager and play a crucial role in leading and supporting our Fulfilment Assistants. These team members are responsible for packing and preparing orders for our growing customer base.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about teamwork and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week. The shift pattern will be agreed upon in advance but may include Saturday shifts.
Reporting to Warehouse/Unit Manager you will be responsible for the following:
Leading a team of Fulfilment Assistants, including providing support, addressing queries, and ensuring targets are met. Line management responsibility for allocated Fulfilment Assistants, including absence management, conducting probationary reviews, performance reviews, handling disciplinary matters with the support of the People Team and Unit/Warehouse Manager. Overseeing the accurate and timely picking and packing of customer orders to meet daily dispatch targets. Using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to process orders (training provided). Assisting the Warehouse/Unit Manager in the smooth running of all fulfilment operations, solving or escalating issues in a timely manner. Assisting with ad hoc projects as required. Coordinating with courier services to ensure timely collections and deliveries. Identifying, suggesting and implementing opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow. Performing regular quality checks on products to uphold high standards. Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:
Great at motivating and supporting a team to achieve outstanding results, while maintaining a high level of efficiency and quality. Proven experience in a fulfilment or warehouse environment, ideally in a supervisory or team leadership position. A strong ability to motivate, support, and manage a team to achieve operational goals and maintain high-quality output. Exceptional organisational skills with great attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Confidence in using (or learning) digital systems such as warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP platforms. A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
