Full-Cycle Sales Executive
Full-Cycle Sales — Mental Health Social Media Agency | £750 Commission Per Close | Remote
Company Description:
We are a specialist social media agency working exclusively with mental health businesses in the UK. This includes therapy clinics, counselling practices, and life coaching brands. We manage their entire social media presence, producing 15 short-form organic videos per month that have strong reach, build awareness and credibility. We have a verified and documented case study for a UK therapy clinic. 3.1 million organic views in 83 days, a single video with 1.8 million views and 100% follower growth. This proof makes your pitch compelling.
Compensation: £750 per close (50% Commission)
£750 commission of first payment per close. Close 4 clients a month and you are earning £3,000. Your income is a direct reflection of your activity. Commission is paid once per client on their first month's payment. No ongoing percentage. Commission paid upon client payment confirmation.

Role Description:
We're looking for a hungry, coachable full-cycle sales rep to own the entire pipeline cold outreach to close.
The Process — Simple 4 Steps:
- Build your own prospect list using our ICP document
- Cold outreach cold calls, LinkedIn, and email to book a discovery call
- Discovery call uncover pain, qualify, present case study, handle objections and set up the close
- Close call by presenting the offer, handle final objections and collect payment

What We Are Looking For:
- Proven B2B or high-ticket sales experience (agency, SaaS, professional services, or similar)
- Comfortable running a full sales cycle independently from prospecting to close
- Strong phone presence
- Self-managed and metrics-driven
- CRM experience a plus
This is a self-employed contractor role. Commission paid upon client payment confirmation.
