We currently have an exciting opportunity for a new Buyer to join our team! The Buyer's role is to ensure timely delivery of required materials and ensure inventory accuracy by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

• Requisitions supplies, materials, ink, tooling for production and office needs.
• Allocates material for customer orders from in-house stock.
• Ensures in-house stock is allocated using the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method.
• Confers with vendor to obtain product and availability information.
• Reviews PO status daily to ensure due dates are correct and showing as “on-time.”
• Maintains material levels for large customer accounts.
• Works with Customer Service to search for alternative materials if quoted materials are not readily available.
• Works with Receiving when PO discrepancies occur or when returns are needed.
• Supplier audits/works with QA on vendor issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
