Full Stack Application Developer

Role Overview

Savills is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Full Stack Application Developer to join our growing tech capability in the planning division. The successful applicant should also have a strong understanding of agentic Python frameworks to deliver AI capabilities into the apps they build.

You will be a core contributor to a suite of internal tools that help our people work smarter and make better decisions. Working in an agile, cross-functional team, you will own features end-to-end - from scoping requirements with business stakeholders through to production deployment - across both Python/FastAPI back ends and React/TypeScript front ends.

This is a hands-on engineering role that requires strong team collaboration. You will have the autonomy to shape technical direction while working within a supportive team that values test-driven development, code quality and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
