Junior Full Stack Developer
Sport Technology | React, Node.js & Next.js
London | Hybrid (3 days in the office) | Up to £40,000 + Exceptional Perks
Are you a Computer Science graduate with around 1-2 years of commercial development experience looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact?
We're partnering with an exciting business operating within the world of sport and international travel that's investing heavily in its technology platform. This is an opportunity to join a small, ambitious development team where your ideas matter, your work goes live quickly, and you'll gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle.
Unlike larger organisations where you become a small cog in a huge machine, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, take ownership of real projects from day one, and rapidly develop your technical and commercial skills.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
