Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in office)
Role Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £55,000 plus benefits

Overview:

We're working with one of Manchester's most established digital consultancies as they continue to grow their engineering team.

Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join their engineering team. This is a hands-on role that combines software development with technical leadership, giving you the opportunity to work on complex greenfield and transformation projects while mentoring other developers and influencing technical direction.

You'll work alongside Architects, Technical Leads, UX Designers and Consultants throughout the full software development lifecycle, helping deliver high-quality digital solutions using modern Microsoft Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deliver enterprise-scale full stack applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, React and TypeScript.
  • Take ownership of complex technical solutions from design through to deployment.
  • Develop scalable APIs, backend services and responsive front-end applications.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects and project teams to define and implement technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
  • Champion engineering best practice including clean code, automated testing and CI/CD.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering capability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
