- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sourcing and selection techniques.
- Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.
