Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sourcing and selection techniques.
  • Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.
