Enso Recruitment are excited to be working with a growing technology organisation based in Belfast, who are continuing to expand their engineering team.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to join a small, high-impact engineering team at the heart of a growing product-led business.

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll work end to end on features - from discovery and design through to deployment - building the internal tooling and platforms that support teams across the organisation. You'll have genuine ownership, real influence over technical decisions, and the opportunity to help shape a modern stack as the platform continues to evolve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own features end to end, from scoping and discovery through to deployment and iteration
  • Build user-facing interfaces in React for configuration screens, dashboards, and workflow applications
  • Develop Python backend services powering those tools, including data access, business logic, and system integrations
  • Partner with support, analyst, and product teams to understand workflows and deliver practical solutions
  • Contribute to the migration of legacy tooling onto a modern React and Python platform
  • Help establish technical patterns, standards, and reusable components as the platform grows
  • Take ownership of the quality, reliability, and usability of what you ship in production

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
