The Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years experience and a genuine interest in AI and creative technology. You're curious about where creativity and technology are heading, and excited by the chance to help shape what's next. You enjoy building across the full stack and want to bring that into a creative studio where the ideas are ambitious, the challenges are varied, and experimentation is part of the process.
You'll sit with designers and strategists, not across a wall from them. You'll build brands at an independent studio without layers of agency bureaucracy. You won't sit downstream of the work. You'll help define what's possible, then build it.

Our studio home is based in London (N1), and we come together at least 3 days a week to enjoy the space, collaborate and time together. We partner with brands and in-house creative teams across the world from our London studio. We seek revolution rather than evolution and embrace change to remain fiercely original.

How We See Technology
We're interested in what technology makes possible, not technology for its own sake. Emerging and intelligent tools are changing how brands and systems meet the world. We bring the same care, judgement and invention to that shift as we do to everything else.
Engineering here is craft, not plumbing. It isn't an executional add-on. It's a system-level way of building brands and design systems that work everywhere, for everyone. We're not chasing novelty. We're building better tools, more useful systems and more meaningful experiences.

Our Stack
We build in Next.js and React, TypeScript end to end, SCSS Modules for styling, and Convex or Supabase for data and realtime. Much of our interesting brand work lives in the creative-web layer; React Three Fiber, Three.js, GLSL shaders, Motion and increasingly in AI-native builds with the Vercel AI SDK.
You don't need to have shipped in every one of these. You do need to know at least one part of this stack deeply deeply enough to have opinions, to know why you'd reach for it, and to catch when something's subtly wrong.
Bonus, not required: Node.js, React Native, Rive, WebGL post-processing, or experience wiring up embeddings, RAG and agent workflows.
Who You Are
You have a strong eye for design and understand that great digital experiences rely on both thoughtful interaction and well-crafted code. You notice when something doesn't feel quite right and know how to improve it. You'll prototype, build, test and iterate to bring early-stage ideas to life. You're proactive, comfortable with uncertainty and motivated by curiosity. Rather than waiting for direction, you bring ideas, explore possibilities, learn through making and share what you discover along the way.
What You Do
These are just some of the things we'd expect. Brilliance comes in many forms though; our minds are always open.
- You write and own code across the full stack, confidently developing front-end and back-end experiences that bring ambitious creative ideas to life.
- You read code as carefully as you write it. You work fluently with AI, and you know when not to. Agents and automation are part of how you build but you bring judgement to it. When to reach for a tool, when to write it yourself, and how to tell the difference.
- You prototype rapidly, using experimentation and iteration to test ideas and accelerate learning before investing in polished solutions.
- You collaborate closely with designers, creative directors and strategists from the earliest stages of a project, contributing technical thinking that helps shape ideas rather than simply delivering them.
- You're comfortable working in ambiguity, embracing evolving briefs and adapting as ideas develop through experimentation, feedback and collaboration.
- You communicate technical concepts with clarity, helping colleagues and clients understand opportunities, constraints and emerging technologies without unnecessary complexity.
- You contribute to the studio's culture of learning by sharing discoveries, experiments and new ways of thinking.
- You build practical, well-crafted solutions while maintaining a maker's mindset balancing technical excellence with speed, experimentation and creative ambition.

Our salary brackets are not stated in our job ads. Often our job adverts are open to appeal to candidates at various levels, each level with its own salary brackets. We believe in the concept of ‘know your worth’ and have this discussion with all our initial short-listed candidates.
We regularly benchmark salaries against industry standards [with experts like Major Players, MKS, The DBA, Source and Benchpress] to ensure our compensation packages are competitive and fair. We are committed to transparency and fairness in our hiring process and discuss salary openly with candidates during the interview stage. Working Location - London
We’ve embraced hybrid working and are pleased to offer our team the opportunity to work flexibly from home on Mondays and Fridays. We come together in our studio 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
