About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage project risks to achieve desired outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, along with excellent leadership and organizational skills. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner are highly desirable. Candidates should have proven experience managing IT projects, preferably in a consulting or agency environment, with a track record of successful project delivery. Strong knowledge of project management tools and software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential. A solid understanding of various technology stacks, infrastructure, and software development processes will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

As an IT Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
  • Developing detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables, and allocating resources accordingly
  • Facilitating communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
  • Managing project risks, resolving issues promptly, and providing regular status updates
  • Overseeing project documentation, conducting post-project evaluations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes
