About the Role
As a Full Stack Developer, your passion will drive problem-solving and innovation. You’ll design, build, and maintain custom tools tailored to our customer service teams, including Technical Support, Billing, Customer Success, Malware & Abuse, and Migrations. Your work will enhance their workflows, enabling them to deliver the world-class support our clients rely on.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine specialized custom tools, integrating with core platforms via APIs to pull and push essential data—optimising team workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Thoughtfully incorporate AI into feature development to further enhance workflows and team capabilities.
- Manage and administer internal tooling servers, ensuring smooth operations.
- Provide technical support to colleagues using your developed tools and applications.

Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Qualities
You are:
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills
- Driven by curiosity and a passion for professional growth, always eager to expand your technical and soft skillset
- Capable of working independently in a small team, asking insightful questions and proactively solving challenges
- Aware of the broader implications of work—exceeding Jira ticket goals and thinking strategically
- Deadline-driven and performance-accountable, with a track record of delivering real business value efficiently
- Excited to leverage tools like Claude Code while maintaining a "trust but verify" mindset
Technical Proficiencies
- Python: Familiar with Quart, FastAPI, async patterns, and pytest
- TypeScript/JavaScript: Experience with Node.js
- MySQL
- REST API design & JWT authentication
- Git
Bonus Experience
The following skills are welcomed but not mandatory:
- LLM API integration (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic)
- GitHub Actions & CI/CD pipelines
- Linux server administration (e.g., systemd, Nginx, PM2, SSH/rsync, Bash)
- Redis (for pub/sub and task queuing)
- PHP/WordPress ecosystem
- Svelte/SvelteKit & Chrome Extension development
- Intercom API
- GraphQL
