I’m working with a leading global financial services organisation that is expanding its Enterprise Technology team and looking for a Full Stack Developer to help build and evolve strategic, enterprise-level platforms.
This is an opportunity to work on a modern C#/.NET platform focused on building scalable, reusable technology solutions across the business. You’ll be working on high-impact systems including APIs, microservices, real-time data capabilities, and cloud-based services that support multiple business areas globally.
The team is investing heavily in engineering excellence, with a strong focus on modern architecture, automation, and building resilient platforms. This role would suit someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, contributing to design decisions, and working in a collaborative environment where technology plays a key role in business growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
