About The Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a globally recognised organization as part of a small, dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and enhancing a diverse range of products that serve a global customer base. The ideal candidate will have previous commercial experience in full stack development, demonstrating proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects within a collaborative environment, utilizing cutting-edge cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure. The company supports flexible hybrid working arrangements, requiring only one day per month in their London office, providing a healthy work-life balance and the flexibility to work remotely.

Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess a solid foundation in the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in a full stack development role within a commercial environment
- Proficiency in C# and.NET framework
- Experience with React or similar front-end frameworks
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Strong understanding of API development and integration
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient full stack applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
- Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical specifications and development processes
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies into projects
