About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Fullstack Developer to join our team in Deansgate. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects within a fast-paced startup environment, contributing to the development of scalable and efficient web applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, particularly React and Node.js, and will be comfortable working in an environment that values initiative, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This position is hybrid, offering flexibility to work both remotely and on-site in Manchester city centre.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
- Proficiency in React.js for frontend development and Node.js for backend services.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, database management (SQL and NoSQL), and version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with mobile development or mobile responsiveness is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Engage with users to gather feedback and incorporate improvements into the development process.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance skills and project outcomes.
- Assist in mobile app development or optimize web applications for mobile responsiveness as needed.
- Contribute to the overall technical strategy and architecture of projects.
