Career Coach

As a Career Coach, you will provide one-on-one guidance and support to clients, helping them identify career goals, develop job search strategies, and acquire necessary skills. You will facilitate workshops, connect clients with potential employers, and track their progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in career counseling, HR, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of the job market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine commitment to helping others succeed
  • Experience with diverse populations (plus)
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (plus)
