The Role
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on Java, Ruby, and JavaScript technologies.
- Work on a complex real-time shift rota application hosted on AWS.
- Contribute to a product that directly impacts the efficiency of national healthcare services.
- Collaborate with a talented team to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.

What You'll Need
- Strong experience with Java development.
- Proficiency in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with JavaScript and Ruby.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud platform is beneficial.
- A passion for developing impactful "tech for good" products.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
