Role Description
The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications that power S.A.G.E.’s AI-native intelligence engine. In this full-time remote role, you will build and integrate front-end interfaces and back-end services, ensuring secure, scalable, and performant systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

You will participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and contribute to technical decisions that support product reliability and user experience. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing code, and continuously iterating on features based on user feedback and product requirements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, including working across both client and server sides of web applications.
- Experience with Back-End Web Development, such as building APIs, managing databases, and integrating services in scalable architectures.
- Strong Front-End Development skills, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible interfaces.
- Solid understanding of web application security, performance optimization, and testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.
- Comfort working in remote, collaborative environments using version control (Git) and agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; prior work in data-intensive or AI-driven products is a plus.
- Interest in agriculture, sustainability, or environmental technology and willingness to learn domain concepts relevant to S.A.G.E.’s mission.
