Job Description
As a Full Stack Engineer at Vitruehealth.com, you will own the development of features that directly improve health outcomes. Working across Vue.js,.NET, and AWS, you'll collaborate with clinical experts to ship AI-driven tools. What You Will Do
- Ship end-to-end features using Vue.js and .NET Core, from natural language AI analysis tools to event-driven notification systems.
- Collaborate directly with UX designers and clinical experts to translate complex medical logic into intuitive, scalable software solutions.
- Make key architectural and tooling decisions to keep systems reliable, scalable, and efficient across the VIDA platform and AWS infrastructure.
The ideal candidate
- 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a strong grasp of modern frontend frameworks like Vue and strongly typed backend systems like C#/.NET.
- Proven track record of building complex applications and taking initiative in high-velocity startup environments where shipping value is prioritized over waiting for tickets.
- Product-minded engineer who values mission-driven work and is comfortable taking ownership of features from architectural design to deployment on AWS.
