Job Description
As a Full-Stack Engineer at Letty, you will build autonomous AI employees replacing manual workflows in real estate. Working at YC-stage intensity in Hoxton, you will own the entire stack from LLM orchestration to frontend. This is a high-stakes role for engineers who thrive on speed, shipping daily, and solving complex architectural challenges.

What You Will Do
- Architect and build end-to-end systems including Python/FastAPI backends, LLM orchestration pipelines, and telephony infrastructure for real-time voice calls.
- Ship user-facing features using Next.js and TypeScript, taking products from initial concept to production in days rather than months.
- Own the full engineering lifecycle, from database modeling in PostgreSQL to managing production deployments and observability on GCP or AWS.
The ideal candidate
- Expert proficiency in Python and TypeScript with a track record of building complex, production-grade systems from zero to one.
- Experience with LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, or event-driven services, demonstrating a maker mindset rather than just feature-building.
- Thrives in a high-intensity startup environment, prioritizing rapid output and system ownership over a traditional 9-to-5 schedule.
