Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET & React)
Remote / Hybrid | 1 Day Per Month Onsite
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a well-established software business undergoing a major platform transformation.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in modernising a legacy desktop application into a scalable, web-based platform while helping to shape the future technical direction of the product.
You'll be joining at an exciting stage of the journey, working on new REST API development, platform architecture, and modern web applications built with.NET and React.
This role is primarily backend-focused, with approximately 70–80% of your time spent working on C#/.NET development, APIs, databases and architecture, alongside some React and TypeScript development on the frontend.

- Designing and building scalable REST APIs and backend services using C# and.NET
- Contributing to the modernisation of an established desktop application into a modern web platform
- Developing and enhancing React-based user interfaces
- Working closely with Product, Architecture and Engineering teams to influence technical direction
- Writing clean, maintainable and well-tested code
- Participating in code reviews and promoting engineering best practices
- Supporting the ongoing evolution of development processes, tooling and architecture
What We're Looking For
- Strong commercial experience with C# and.NET
- Experience designing and building REST APIs
- Commercial experience with React and TypeScript
- Good understanding of relational databases
- Experience working with modern software engineering principles and design patterns
- Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in platform architecture
- Experience working within Agile environments
