Full Stack Engineer

Founding Full Stack Engineer - Shoreditch, London (Hybrid) · Up to £70,000

About Swifty AI

Swifty AI is a London-based conversational AI company building technology for the automotive industry. We record, analyse and act across every customer interaction, handling inquiries, booking appointments, screening leads, and resolving customer issues—all autonomously.

Our AI agents already manage a significant share of these interactions without human involvement, and we’re one of the fastest-growing AI startups in the automotive sector.

This is a chance to join early and help build something genuinely new at the intersection of AI and real-world business from our offices in Shoreditch.

The Role

We’re hiring a motivated Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain both the front-end and back-end of our AI-driven products.

This is not a role where you’ll be buried under layers of management or stuck fixing minor bugs for a year. You’ll:

  • Ship production code
  • Own real projects
  • Work closely alongside senior engineers from day one

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
