Senior Full Stack Engineer | Scale-Up AI Platform πŸš€

πŸ’° up to Β£120,000 per annum + equity
🏑 Hybrid working – 1 day a week onsite in Chancery Lane, London
πŸ’» Python (FastAPI), Vue 3 / React, PostgreSQL, Azure

We're partnering with a high-growth AI adoption and skills platform, who are developing a production-grade enterprise SaaS application at scale. Their platform delivers personalised, AI-powered learning and governance experiences that help major global organisations (including the Ministry of Justice, PwC, and Boeing) rapidly harness AI safely.

Having recently closed a successful funding round (backed by top-tier VCs) and already scaling past Β£1M+ ARR with over 15,000 users, they are embarking on an exciting new phase of expansion into the US. They are looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their elite 9-person engineering team, helping to eliminate their primary development bottleneck and ship high-impact features.

Why this role is exciting:

  • Real Ownership: High technical authority across the stack using a vertical-slice delivery model. You'll own features end-to-end rather than working in siloed layers.
  • AI-Native Culture: They practice what they preach. The team is genuinely ahead of the curve, writing the majority of their code via Codex and pairing human PRs with AI reviews to supercharge velocity.
  • Your output will directly shape the commercial and technical trajectory of the company.
  • Join a small, high-calibre engineering team that values talent density, rapid shipping cycles, and pragmatic problem-solving over bureaucracy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What they're looking for:

  • Strong engineering fundamentals with production-grade thinking, focused on building robust, scalable systems rather than memorised whiteboard algorithms.
  • Strong experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer. While they use Python (FastAPI) and Vue 3, they are highly flexible and happy to talk to engineers with a strong React background or experience in other modern backend languages.
  • Product Empathy: You don't just build to a ticket. You think about the end-user, collaborate closely with product and design, and proactively suggest improvements to the system.
  • AI Enthusiast: A genuine curiosity for AI-native ways of working, with a drive to explore custom workflows, agents, and modern tools to accelerate development.
